Hi angels, this episode is recorded in real real time — just a few minutes ago! We start with a bit of a life update, then get into the topic at hand: romanticizing your past. This isn't an inherently bad thing at all. It can be wonderful, beautiful. But it tips into unhealthy waters when your present feels "less than" in comparison to an overly glossed over past. I share this all with stories of my own past (largely, fashion days), as well as a few examples from my coaching work (i.e. romanticizing past relationships with partners, friends, or family).
