Derek Minor is a Grammy Award-winning artist,  rapper, producer, entrepreneur, and founder of Ownership is The New Black. His nonprofit, “advocates for black ownership to bridge the economic wealth gap, shift black consumer power to owner power while addressing systemic racism.” He was recently elected Chapter Governor for the Recording Academy Nashville Chapter.
