Rick leads RIPMinistries (Rick and Isabella Piña Ministries), along with his wife Isabella. He is a dynamo of devotion, juggling a non-profit ministry, a bustling church, an innovative school, board appointments, and a podcast that spreads joy and inspiration.

About Rick
Rick Piña is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Inspired Solutions as well as Founder & President of RIPMinistries with his wife Isabella. Together they founded and oversee Grace Destiny Church and Grace Destiny Academy in the Dominican Republic. Here, they provide Christ-centered education to over 200 disadvantaged children. The school’s dedicated staff ensures that each child is trained to become the person God has called them to be. Rick’s ministry is grounded in the principles of faith, hope, and grace, continually striving to help others discover and fulfill their divine purpose.

“Put me in, Coach!” This was Nate Hoenig’s ready response to the Holy Spirit’s nudge to start a BBT group at World Wide Technology (WWT). Now, years later, Nate still leads a thriving Bible study group at WWT. A culture of vulnerability, trust, and genuine care for one another is at the heart of why their group flourishes. As Strategic Initiative Portfolio Manager, Nate continues to discover new and enriching interconnectedness between his roles as a workplace leader, Bible study leader, husband, and father. Holding BBT Bible studies, now also with his family, is just one example! Nate's journey reminds us that obedience can, and will, shape our lives - and the lives of others, in remarkable ways.
ABOUT NATE:
After graduating from St. Louis University in 2003, Nate Hoenig began his career with a global consulting firm where he gained experience and progressed into leadership roles within the technology delivery space. In 2017 he moved to World Wide Technology in the Services business unit and has had several roles focused on tackling the challenges of rapid growth while preserving WWT’s culture. He now leads a team focused on ways to impact the growth, scale, and execution of the business through process, systems, data, and analytics.
He is a native of St. Louis, where he currently resides with his wife and their three children.

About Ken
Ken Cella, Principal and Head of External Affairs at Edward Jones and is responsible for fostering strategic partnerships, expanding relationships with policymakers, industry leaders and other influencers to make a greater impact on society. He is a member of the firm's Enterprise Leadership Team, which guides the firm strategy to grow its impact and create value for clients, colleagues and communities, today and in the future.
Ken began his Edward Jones career in 1990 as a financial advisor and was named a principal in 2002. In 2012, he was asked to lead Branch Training, the area responsible for the professional development of financial advisors and branch office administrators, and in 2022, he took over sole responsibility for the Branch Development division.
Ken serves as chair for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Board of Directors. At Edward Jones, he helps support the firm's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by serving as the senior executive sponsor of the Interfaith Business Resource Group.
He is deeply engaged in the St. Louis community. He serves as Chair of the University of Missouri-St. Louis Chancellor’s Council, on the board of directors for Greater St. Louis, Inc., as board chair for Chamber STL, and on the Concordance Academy of Leadership Board of Directors.
Ken has a degree in marketing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School’s Securities Industry Institute.
He is a native of St. Louis, where he currently resides with his wife and their four children.
