TRIGGER WARNING: MISCARRIAGE IS DISCUSSED IN THIS EPISODE
In this episode we spill the tea on our personal stories of wellness and weight loss. We open up about our history and struggles with both physical and mental health over the years, and how we got to where we are today with the help of Tirzepatide (generic version of Mounjouro).
With our clinic, we are huge believers and super serious about any product or service we bring on. So prior to introducing our weight loss program, we did extensive research and testing to ensure it was something we could introduce to our clients. We want to help our clients understand that this is not a magic pill but should be used as a tool to implement a healthier lifestyle.
Disclaimer: We want to make it clear that we are not medical providers. The information shared in this podcast is based on personal experiences, research, and opinions. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional or medical provider before making any significant changes to your lifestyle, especially related to health, wellness, or weight loss. Our podcast is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only, and we always recommend seeking professional guidance for any health-related concerns.
Tirzepatide is a prescription medicine used for weight loss in adults. Tirzepatide works for weight loss by decreasing appetite and slowing the movement of food from the stomach into the small intestine, which may make you feel full more quickly and for a longer period of time. In type 2 diabetes, tirzepatide decreases blood sugar levels by increasing insulin production and lowering the amount of sugar the liver makes. Tirzepatide is given as an injection under the skin once a week. Tirzepatide is a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist.

In honor of Refugee Day, we thought it would be fun to share a bonus episode about our immigration story.
For those of you that do not know, our family immigrated from the Soviet Union in 1989. We left as refugees and were stateless, citizens of no country. We were on our way to Israel when amnesty international picked us up, and helped us gain approval and entry to the United States.
We've worked so hard to get to where we are today, and owe so much gratitude toward our grandfather and parents for giving us the opportunity to pursue our dreams and passions. Our immigration story is a major element of what drives us to succeed today.
