Two residents of the Washington-Willow Historic District, who also serve as city historic district commissioners, have launched a petition initiative to gauge interest in a preservation ordinance based on new guidelines issued last year.

Mullins Library at the University of Arkansas is now home to the New York Post 's photo archive, which includes more than a million images and negatives that span the 20th century.
