For almost a decade, participants with the First Person Plural pilot project, based in Little Rock, have been recording oral histories of diverse Arkansas women who came of age in the 20th century. Nearly 40 oral histories have been archived so far.

Sunday, Dec. 1, is World AIDS Day. The first day of December has been officially designated as a way to unite against HIV and support people living with HIV since 1988. To mark the day, Northwest Arkansas Equality will host a drag brunch at the Fayetteville Town Center.

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette is nearing the day when it will no longer deliver a daily printed paper. The newspaper has been transitioning its weekday service to an app-only format and plans to print only a Sunday edition of the paper by the beginning of next year.
