Since 2010, the population of the City of Bentonville has grown by 45 percent from about 35,300 to 51,100, according to the latest U.S. Census Bureau estimates. The City of Clarksville is going for a first in Arkansas by expanding its solar power plant to run 100 percent of its city operations on renewable energy.
