Today on the 5: Over the weekend I watched a movie mentioned in the documentary series I talked about yesterday. It's a movie from 1980 called The Children, and it is far better than you would expect from the poster and synopsis. 

Today on the 5: I have backed and watched all three entries in the In Search Of Darkness trilogy. Since these documentaries are dedicated to horror films of the 80s, they have been invaluable in providing me material to watch and review!

Today on the 5: Just about two months ago I upgraded from a phone that I truly loved to the Pixel 7 Pro. While I haven't had it long enough to review, I feel like I can provide at least my initial impressions of the device.

Today on the 5: Lando and I have been playing through the recently released Evil West. The extraordinarily narrow focus of the game is a nice break from the typical open world approach many games now take.

Today on the 5: Several times lately I've heard news orgs referring to their output as "unbiased news" or "unbiased reporting". Folks, I hate to repeat myself but there's no such thing as unbiased anything where humans are involved!

Today on the 5: I wanted to follow up my weird experience with Black Adam with something I was sure would be better. I watched Cry Of The City, not only was it better but it was flat out excellent.

Today on the 5: Over the weekend I watched Black Adam. You may remember I thought it was going to be awful. It was, but amazingly not in the ways I would have expected.
