Anytime we faced something scary or nerve wracking we likely turned to someone in our life that could ease our fear. Having them around made you feel like everything would be ok. Having them around made you feel safe. For many that may be a parent or grandparent...or as you get older it may be a friend or spouse. As a christian we have that in Jesus and God promises to always be with you no matter what...that is what we will dig into today...living life unafraid!

Ecclesiastes 7:1 says that "a good name is better than precious ointment..." When we live a life  of honor and respect...one that displays a high moral character...you establish your family name as being synonymous with that character and your spouse and kids and grandkids reap the benefit of that family name and what it stands for. That mantle is passed on to them and it is up to them to uphold the integrity of that name and pass it on to the next generation.  If you are a believer in Christ you bear His name...that is what we will dig into today...the awesome power and responsibility that comes with bearing His name!
