On today’s episode of the Pacers Pulse Podcast, I break down the Pacers’ 104–119 loss to the Boston Celtics—a night where Pascal Siakam once again had to drag this team uphill. He finished with 32 points and 10 rebounds, doing everything he could to keep Indiana afloat, but the help just wasn’t there.
Johnny Furphy was the lone bright spot behind him, putting up 10 points and 8 boards, knocking down shots from deep, and continuing to show real growth on the defensive end. Beyond that, things got rough. Andrew Nembhard couldn’t find his scoring touch, had 3 turnovers, but did manage 8 assists. Aaron Nesmith’s tough stretch continued as he posted the worst plus/minus on the roster.
And honestly? The story of the night was simple: the Pacers just couldn’t hit shots. Open looks, rhythm looks—nothing was falling, and it finally caught up to them.
I take you quarter by quarter through the highs, the lows, and everything in between from a frustrating shooting-night loss.
