Pacific leaders will converge on Solomon Islands today for the start of the annual Pacific Islands Forum, with climate adaptation once again at the top of the agenda.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese arrives on Wednesday, with stops also expected in Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea to sign new development and defence deals.
