Diane Morrison lives with her partners and works part-time in a bookstore in Vernon, BC, where she was born and raised. An avid National Novel Writing Month participant, she is proudly Canadian and proudly LGBTQ. Under her pen name “Sable Aradia” she is a successful Pagan author, a cigar reviewer, and a professional blogger. After a lifetime of putting the needs of her family first, she is striking out to become what she always wanted to be; a speculative fiction writer.

Lisa is a former nurse, who left after giving it 25+years, her back and both knees. She now works for a pathology lab doing coding and insurance. She is married, and the step-mom to two teenage boys, and human mom to three cats. A survivor of childhood sexual abuse, as well as domestic violence and sexual assaults as an adult, Lisa is a trained rape crisis counselor and victim’s advocate. She left the battered women’s shelter she worked at for years, but she still works on her own to assist women in their journey from “victim” to “survivor,” and to support victims in the area. She has appeared in two productions of The Vagina Monologues by Eve Ensler. Never interested in politics in the past, Lisa  is now horrified to watch what the current administration is preparing to do to not only women’s rights, but to LGBTQ rights, healthcare, and our country as a whole. This horror has empowered her to speak out in ways she has never before done.  On January 21, the day after Trump’s inauguration, and her own 47thbirthday, Lisa joined thousands of other women for the Women’s March on Nashville, coinciding with marches all across the country for the same purpose. Since then, she has proudly protested twice more (with others already planned) in her small college-town of Cookeville, TN , standing up and giving her voice for topics such as supporting Planned Parenthood and a woman’s right to make her own medical decisions, safe abortion, a free and unrestricted media, immigration, Native Americans’ rights, and proper healthcare.

The world of politics continues to be a mess, especially in the United States of America. But it is not just in the good ol' U.S. of A. that far right politics is making a mess out of things. This visit he will talk about the new CD of chants that Assembly for the Sacred Wheel has recorded as a fundraiser for the Library. Dreams Sung True. The CD consists of 25 chants to help you find your way. Proceeds from sale of the album go towards funding the New Alexandrian Library. International Women's Day was Wednesday, March 8th. All around the globe women stepped out and stepped up. They were recognized and they were humiliated. Women are powerful and RevKess and KaliSara will talk about some of the most powerful women in politics, religion, and the sciences - yesterday and today. They will also give you some updates on stories they have recently addressed on the series and share some thoughts on the political conflicts of today.

Author JS (Jeffrey) Groves joins KaliSara and RevKess to talk about his upcoming book The Mark of the Wolf, volume one in his Book of Secrets series. JS Groves lives in Kansas City with his partner and their feline overlords.  He is a jeweler by trade and a Classicist by training and has been writing since at least as far back as the 4th grade. Groves has chosen to do a Kickstarter to publish the first book and the hosts will talk with him about why he chose this route to publishing.

KaliSara and RevKess start the month of March out by talking about changes in the Pagan blogosphere and elsewhere. Recent changes at Patheos.com have prompted some Pagan bloggers to leave and some to form together to create a new Pagan blogging project. A hero of many Pagans has recently left this realm and your hosts will talk a little about Dana Eilers and her influence on the Pagan movement. Pagan festival season is well underway with the recent indoor events of PantheaCon and Convocation, there are many more to come.
