Comparing works of art is as old as art itself. While there's nothing wrong with doing so, one must avoid the temptation to pit them against each other in some kind of war. For example, some people pitted the Sequel Trilogy against The Mandalorian, arguing vehemently in favor of one over the other while denigrating the other.
