Stupidity of Govt Officials | அரசு அதிகாரிகளின் முட்டாள்தனம்

In this episode, we go over some of the RTI responses I received to analyze the state of idiocracy amongst the 45 to 60 year old's in government service. Our objective is to understand the nature of stupidity demonstrated by government officials across departments and learn how not to be like them in the future. This episode aims at raising awareness amongst the youngsters who are aspiring for government jobs in Tamilnadu.

இந்த அத்தியாயத்தில், அரசுப் பணியில் உள்ள 45 முதல் 60 வயதுக்குட்பட்டவர்களின் முட்டாள்தனத்தின் நிலையைப் பகுப்பாய்வு செய்ய, நான் பெற்ற சில RTI பதில்களைப் பற்றிப் பார்ப்போம். துறைகள் முழுவதும் அரசு அதிகாரிகளால் காட்டப்படும் முட்டாள்தனத்தின் தன்மையைப் புரிந்துகொண்டு, எதிர்காலத்தில் அவர்களைப் போல் எப்படி இருக்கக்கூடாது என்பதைக் கற்றுக்கொள்வதுதான் எங்கள் நோக்கம். இந்த எபிசோட் தமிழ்நாட்டில் அரசு வேலைக்காக ஆர்வமுள்ள இளைஞர்களிடையே விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

In this episode, we look at responses to RTI requests detailing about the funds, schemes and incentives provided by the state and union government for the welfare of backward and most backward communities (BC/MBC) in Tamilnadu. The purpose of this episode is to raise awareness on this topic so opinions on who gets the incentives and who is providing for the welfare of BC/MBC communities.

In this episode (part-2), we go over references from Natives of Northern India written by William Crooke (Published in 1907) to understand the history of the caste structure that evolved in North India. To better understand our adversary, we Tamils need to understand our adversary's history. This is a critical requirement for a sustainable solution for the disease called hindutva.

State of Society in Rajasthan | ராஜஸ்தான் சமூகத்தின் நிலை

In this episode we discuss with a Rajasthan native (who chooses to be anonymous) on how the Rajasthan society is structured and its state of affairs. We cover topics such as religion and caste based discrimination, bias being normalized, state of education and how Rajasthan, despite 7 decades of freedom and with strong potential remains behind most states in India. This discussion will provide an insight into the struggles of the people of Rajasthan and its root cause. The discussion does cover impacts of hindutva propaganda that Rajasthan is suffering from.

Dravidam Giving Up State Autonomy | மாநில சுயாட்சியை விட்டுக்கொடுக்கும் திராவிடம்

In this episode we discuss how Dravidian politics is compromising Tamilnadu's state autonomy, putting Tamils at greater risk of subjugation by the anti-human hindutva propaganda. We go over public domain news article, official gazette mentions of recent amendments done to the panchayat act and other union government documents pertaining to new format of village panchayat operations. Despite village panchayat being within the state list (this episode provides evidence from the constitution), dravidam is willing to implement what the hindutva extremists are proposing. We discuss the evidences, what they mean and how they are indicating the large scale destruction of the Tamil society in Tamilnadu.
