Leonard Cheshire's Change 100 programme is nearing it's deadline for applications.

Disabled graduates, or those about to graduate, can apply for the chance to gain paid internships with some of the countries most prestigious companies.

The organisations and the successful applicants will get disability awareness training, help with assistive technology and outlines of what constitutes reasonable adjustment.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Craig Pemblington from Koreo, to find out more about the history of the project and it's goals to grow the number of applicants and companies benefiting from the programme.
