PaintingLoft Podcast

In episode 2 & 3 we talk about Indian Yellow in the "Strange Art Facts" segment.  There seems to have been several ideas of what it was made from.  In this episode I have a special guest solve the mystery.

We also share several Memento Mori poems from Austria, England and New England.

The PaintingLoft Podcast is about the "Dark Art" community. Exhibitions, Artists, Techniques, Ideas, Scandals & Crimes and all the things worth talking about in the realm the two host participate in.
Jessica Perner (Ward) and Scott Holloway are both artists exhibiting their work globally in the field of art that doesn't truly have a title but is widely accepted as "Dark Art". It is also occasionally called Surrealism, Dark Surrealism, Lowbrow, Outsider, etc.

Special guest this episode is Jen Lightfoot.  Another artist in the same collective we both participate in. The Strange Dreams Surreal Artist Collective.

As we work on a follow up on Indian Yellow in our "Strange Art Facts" segment, we turn our attention to "Mummy Brown".  A pigment that gave me the idea for this segment.
