On today’s recurring Palestine Post segment, we explore the potential impacts of government labelling pro-Palestine organizations and organizers as associates to terrorism. We start in conversation with Shane Kadidal, a Senior Managing Attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights, where he has worked on several significant cases arising in the wake of 9/11, and has been counsel in major Center for Constitutional Rights cases challenging the material support statute.
Then, we continue with Samer Araabi, a member of AROC and co-hosts the weekly Palestine Solidarity Announcements every Friday at noon.
