Additionally, we want to highlight a Twitter thread that we saw recently posted by @mayarichrdsun in light of the sweeping acknowledgment of racial bias within the police and society happening all over the country after the recent murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, Ahmaud Arbery, and countless other Black folks. Paul shares some breathing/body techniques that he has learned through years of training with various indigenous cultures that reduce anxiety and help get you ready for a restful sleep.

Paul's biggest tip to stay healthy during this time— a strong morning and bedtime routine that shifts your energy between resting and becoming active and vice versa!

Also if you have kids, Paul's advice is to make stretching fun by acting like different animals and then shake it all off with a big dance party to expend some energy!
