The #pandemicoflove was humbly started by Shelly Tygielski, a mindfulness teacher/community organizer from South Florida, and was intended to help her own local community. But, like an epidemic, the act of love and kindness spread quickly and is now a beautiful movement helping those in need throughout the world.

 

Shelly is a “modern-life mindfulness” teacher and “self-care activist” who focuses much of her time on communities that are underserved, with social justice and community organizations, non-profits, and schools.
