But did you know that there are certain things you can do just before or during a panic attack that may help? In fact, with the right know-now, you may even be able to stop one in its tracks!

Over the last several years, our stress levels have increased significantly. This is especially true with what the world is going through right now, on top of our already hectic routines at work, daily family struggles, increasingly more health issues, and impossible deadlines.

Stress has definitely become a prevalent part of everyone’s life - at all ages.

For some, stress and anxiety become so severe that they start having panic attacks.
