  • Episode 6 - Mike Hoge
Good evening y'all. Merry 2020. First off I apologize for the random screeching noise during the podcast. We were in a metal building and it was windy outside. On tonight's podcast I got the privilege of talking with my friend Mike Hoge. Mike is a former regional Crossfit competitor who, after making it to regionals in 2011, was then diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He learned to not only cope but thrive, and proceeded to make the regionals again in 2013. A crossfit coach, a dad, and an all around great fellow. I learned a lot in this one. Hope y'all enjoy.
