Hello Everyone-

Here is a simple exercise to sort through the disinformation or marketing barraging us all. Are you straining at the leash or leashes restraining personal evolution fight for priority? Answers that can lift us all, to trust our world, and to know we are participants in American life, or better still, the experiment in Democracy, that can imbue humanity and mother earth with love and the greater good.

Try this EXERCISES:

1. Inner listening. Breathe deeply to center when you hear specific statements like, "health care for everyone" or "affordable housing" or "proliferation of non toxic renewable energy" as you listen, what happens in your gut? Remember your gut is your second brain. Is it lurching, twisting, easing, burping... As it moves through you, you are getting a message of whether the statement or promise you heard, or the judgement, is true, partially true, or a total lie. In time it will become more and more clear but like any kind of kinesiology, it takes refinement of your special messages.... but not a long time. Try it out and lelt me know.....

Is it ever a New Year! Keep moving and centering. Don't let the fear of illlness and the fear of insurrection control you. Let's remember that disinformation has been used especaily since the media-centric world to gather people's minds in fear of one another, Do the research yourself. It is a difficult task to bring huge proportions of humanity to recognition, and equality. Some people work hard against that possiblity. However, as we notice there are many working diligently to awaken one another to a much more compassionate and portective evaluation of the worth of animals, our planet, resources, the atmosphere, and the great potential for a humanity when we revere life and its innate evolutionary spark!

Hello Everyone,

Well, the season of REBIRTH is emerging. Winter darkens our doors while seeds lurk below the dirt in the garden! (At least here in the north). The lockdown crucible has pushed us to redigest, release shakles of expectation and success.

As we see people huddling for shelter, food and livelihood, the potential for rebirth is stirred in the human community. Greater compassion and possible solutions for homelessness, racism, violence, etc., dance with the election results.

We catch meaning of our life and limitations while learning arts of releasing. As we near the SOLSTICE, energies of empowerment strengthen. Feel it in your bones as you find that you "know" or even understand so much more about the spiraling meaning of your life.

EXERCISE: Add a deep breathing practice to your day. Absorb evolutionary universal downloads, to clear a path within.

I have been using a variety - always my style! - but currently am puffing away with the Wim Hof technique. I don't hang around in ice yet! But I am grateful for the clarity of his breath technique and the general all round support for my body/mind.

**** It might be time for your session! Delve into your deeper purpose and of your interrelationship-ability. Notice how you respond to the dynamics of orbiting planets with sparks and tangles in your own energy drives. ****

What is a CRUCIBLE? A Vessel, strong enough to hold enough heat to stress precious metals, to melt them together to create a beautiful or strong compound for creating different artifacts of beauty like icons, cutlery, or even smaller vessels. Or we can look at the pressure and intensity, with you being the crucible, heating up your life's challenges, refining you and I to be more of a conscious and contributive self in our society.

Have you noticed, in the crucible of the Covid lockdown, you yourself are actually becoming stronger and more aware of who you are and your unique self?

Our Paradigm Shifter is Sai Baba. Sai Baba, Guru, “love all, serve all, hurt never, help ever” and “there is no death” made his transition on April 24th.

Beloved by many, controversial by some, he blessed throngs of devotees in India and round the world.

With an unfoldment of a palm he manifested vibuti, a sacred ash which, placed on the tongue was said to heal folks. Or jewelry. Or jewels. Or even real denominations of money! Jack Hawley was a student for many years. We asked him to return to Paradigm Shifters to speak of his experiences with the guru and in his ashram over many years. The multi dimensional blessings remind us all that Sai Baba as with others who are able to move through dimensions, work with us from different vibrational vantage points. You can feel the love.
