I have been called to share my insights on our current condition. I recorded this episode earlier this week. Ironically, a fire is burning in Boulder, Colorado. My heart goes out to those impacted and this event is a coincidence or is it a deeper message for humanity? It is New Years Eve and we need to stay alert and aware of our changing world. This segment dives into business statistics per race and immigration. The fight for survival causes other ethnic groups to fight amongst themselves. There are people in certain roles based on what they look like or how they identify. As a sociologist, I think it's important to understand how biast decisions impact communities and self image. Come take a ride on a journey of truth and hard discussions that will ultimately lead to healing.

Therr were many Prophecies that spread across lands that the world would change. Burials and precious objects buried within tombs would one day be unearthed by invaders. Stories would be scattered across lands and many would never know of their connections to these ancestors. As time trickled on, the crusaders tore through sacred burial lands that belonged to ancient rulers. There were important messages hidden within the designs and structures of these objects. Sadly, stolen talismans are connected to the present day people of color and they are unaware. We are missing out on important answers to todays questions as it relates to building civilizations, self love, and culture. Today, many people have stolen relics from slavery and beyond inside of their homes. Many of the same people wonder why their homes are haunted. There are Great Beings of life that guard and protect various spaces of earth. We are never alone. We must tap in and remember our ancient ancestors of the past.

The United States is one of the main zones for sex trafficking, particularly Houston, Texas. They are trafficked around the world along with other children. Unfortunately, black girls make up 40% of stolen children in sex trafficking rings but make up a smaller number in population. This means that young black girls are being kidnapped at a disportionate rate. These sick acts have a direct link to our recent past of slavery. Dubai is another country that has been sensationalized. However, there are sex trafficking rings in Dubai. I recall situations as a Youth in church ⛪️ and how these old men had certain affections for me. We need to come up with some solutions to make our world a better place. Our system that we reside in is not sustainable. Understanding how our family dynamics have been shifted during the 1980's of the Regan Era, will help us to see the increased prison. If you are wondering why our children our vulnerable, many communities of color have been exploited by drugs, policing, and a further Dismantling of Black families.

We are born with two voices. Why? How does this influence our spirituality? We are living in a system that influences negativity and decisions. It causes us to compromise our values. Going against the voice of reasoning is caused by the greater system that influences us every single day. However, we are blind to the system because we can't see it. How does the system guide us? To be plugged in to our devices, compromising our values, and living in falsehood, lies, and truths. This episode is designed to give you the keys to understand situations around us and to rise in truth. Inside of this system, abuse was normalized. The Quest to listen to the stories of the past will empower us for the future.

I am perplexed as to why their is so much talk surrounding immigration. It makes no sense as most people that live in the United States are immigrants. I am saddened that many immigrants that migrate to the United States refuse to do business with people of color. I have experienced this myself. I think it is unfair for a business owner to spend lots of $ in one's store yet when it comes to doing business, the international stores primarily work with people of their own communities or major brands. It's troubling that many white communities are descendants of immigrants yet they refuse to do business with communities of color. Aren't we all immigrants? Some migrated by force and others through exploration. This episode dives into hidden thoughts that actions as it relates to immigrants.

Covid has and continues to expose our ailing system filled with disparities, especially as it relates to housing. Old, dilapidated with broken bones, our system is unsustainable to life. Disparities such as red lining have direct links to the Racial Covenant laws of Jim Crow. Why are there major issues with regentrification, and a lack of quality land Lords that will fix problems? Housing continues to become a struggle for many. This inequity is a problem that is on the rise today. The voices of communities need to be heard before dreams are uprooted by developers before its too late.

Racial covenants reinforced racist attitudes towards excluding many communities of color from homeownership in well to do communities during the 1930's. You will notice their are similarities in housing and redlining that exist until today.

Certifications in the construction trade are something that is promoted regularly. But what happens when you get certified and realize the uphill battle to land a contract? Many business owners are perplexed by this system and often times give up. Bonds are required collateral for the project. A subcontractor would be responsible for example $40-50k up front just to compete. This is yet another disparity. A Prime contractor acts as the big company in charge of the project and they can pick and choose which company they work with. Often times, it's the same companies. How can the playing field be leveled out? Education is Power. Power can move the needle and create equal access to all.

There is a better way of life soon on the horizon. We must allow ourselves to accept uncomfortable truths about the intersection of access to participate in financial mobility without denial. Additionally, there were mechanics that continue to keep people of color from participating in financial access programs. Prison systems were designed to continue the legacy of slavery and practically free labor. Many are calling for a new day.

I grew up in a highly religious environment and suffered greatly from feelings of guilt and shame. As I grew older, I noticed a correlation between religion, and religious groups afraid to speak out against the system. During slavery, we were forced to forget our language. What was our language of the earth? Measured by time, we continue to see historical correlations that are something to consider that exist until this day. . Understanding this part of our story unlocks hidden codes, gems and truths inside of you that have been cast down to shame.
