Dissatisfied with the difficulties that a lot of small paranormal investigation teams face, regarding distribution and opportunities, he decided to take matters into his own hands. Along with his team mate Ben, he decided to put on a totally free Paranormal conference, named Paracon 2024 (Northwich and Cheshire). They have managed to attract top notch investigation teams and have made a streaming platform named Parastream for content creators of all kinds. It's a very exciting concept!

Ian and Ben aim to do all this with little or no cost to the paranormal teams involved. It's a way of encouraging small and large teams to create unity together in the paranormal world. Anyone who has watched My Haunted Hotel will know Sue. She is the unflappable Scottish investigator who can often be seen in parts of the hotel no others dare enter!
