Theory #2 - ASSET. 

Luigi is the perpetrator, but he was put up to it

Theory #3 - PARALLEL CONSTRUCTION. 

Luigi is the perp, and he's actually a genuine vigilante with a platform & grievance, righteously picking a fight with our depraved healthcare system & the insurance co's that predate upon us and/or possibly surveillance capitalism. But part of the reason for the inconsistencies in LE's investigation and the official narrative comes down to parallel construction—in order to pull the wool over the public's eyes and prevent the discovery of newfangled and invasive surveillance tech involving facial recognition that we didn't even know existed or at least were unaware the degree to which it's widespread, the feds & local law enforcement concocted the harebrained McDonald's story and the supposed tip that was called in... All to conceal these realities. 

Theory #4 - PURE VIGILANTE

Last and least likely is that law enforcement is telling the truth in this instance, that Luigi is in fact a vigilante, perhaps someone with a personal gripe against the industry over past claim denial wrongs (despite reports he was apparently never on UHC insurances, per MSM news reports, although there were also articles seemingly speculating about the possibility the loss of his grandparents could have been a precipitating factor), or perhaps his motivations stemmed from his closeup view of the degrading, repulsive realities of our healthcare system by virtue of his time working at Lorien Health Services, the nursing home facility company that his parents own and operate ...

In which SLANK & I unpack the "Tupac family" / estate's appointment of sus white collar criminal defense lawyer Alex Spiro to investigate Diddy's involvement in the Pac assassination & why this feels problematic, why it feels like there's a blatant conflict of interest, and why we're concerned about his hiring hinting at a concerted coverup...

They (who exactly, is unclear, at least from publicly available info as best I can tell so far, be it the executor of Pac estate / music exec Tom Whalley or sundry relatives of Tupac unnamed in news pieces) have retained a lawyer who has repped a coterie of powerful individuals in the Diddler's orbit: Mayor Adams, Robert Kraft during his solicitation of prostitution at a happy ending spa scandal, Elon Musk, Jay-Z, etc. Even Mr. Beast, mass mind controller of kiddies everywhere, has just employed his services to preempt the brewing scandal in Beastland. The fact he's currently repping the "Bad Boy" Mayor & former NYPD Captain, ya know, a former employee of the same police dep't containing the COINTEL PRO legacy Rap Intel Unit implicated in numerous plots to target Tupac... The fact he's repping Mayor Adams, the same guy who gifted Puffy the Key to NYC shortly before Diddy's House of Cards began tumbling down, as he contends w/ these federal fraud & bribery charges is the height of irony.

On top of it all, Spiro's a former C·I·A fellow, which doesn't bode well considering the way in which the feds are implicated in Pac's clipping.

In this ep, we also discuss the rift between Pac's half-sister Sekyiwa Shakur & the present executor of the Tupac estate Tom Whalley, formerly a WB Music head and the man who signed a young Pac to Interscope in the late '80s. The relationship is... litigious, needless to say. Thus some of the curiosity around the appointment of Spiro, the opaqueness of the phrasing "Tupac's family" in news articles regarding it, and whether the estate is at all involved. From what I can tell at a far remove & as someone not particularly versed on the complex back-n-forth between those biz people with a "vested interest" in Pac's legacy who are attempting to profit from it and his living relatives like Sekyiwa in Shakur matriarch Afeni's absence (since 2016), it seems unlikely that Whalley & Sekyiwa would be collabing on this investigation by virtue of Sekyiwa's ongoing legal battle to gain control of the estate, but I could be way wrong there.

Either way, we break down why Alex Spiro's sus career puts us on edge & why I'm instinctually concerned about ulterior motives on his part, even if Pac's family have enlisted him in a genuine bid to get to the bottom of who ordered Tupac killed & bring the Diddler's involvement to the light.

This installment especially revolves around Chuck D's recent appointment as Global Music Ambassador, the headlining act in a Jazz Ambassadors rebrand that has been jointly organized by Anthony Blinken's (a genocidaire directly connected to Ghislaine Maxwell via his stepdad Samuel Pisar who repped Robert Maxwell) State Department & Zion·ist Lyor Cohen's Youtube...

The second major aspect of this "Dossier" would be our cracking open of the Diddler's leaked party album, which takes us down some dark alleys indeed. And another, slightly earlier, revealing pic of Diddy's White Parties in the Hamptons, which Michael Rubin has since taken over (possibly to Diddler's chagrin) and which shows a younger version of #1 philanderer Leo DiCaprio hanging out w/ P Diddy, which maybe says something about Hollywood Babylon & Leo's propensity for dating very young models.

And the third major component is a recurrent theme on the show in recent months, namely streaming's place within the pantheon of weaponized media forms... And there is perhaps no more of an illustrative case study for examining streaming's emergence and for examining its appeal to the powers that be & the capitalist elite who've enabled its youth-conquering rise than: Jason Itzler, aka Mr. Based. We dig into an anecdote that Mr. Based shared on one of his streams, describing how he was "sexually assaulted in the eyes" once by Diddy in the '90s at the Reebok Club in NY.

The Diddler & Itzler occupying a particular social milieu in NY in the '90s and running into each other, leading to this uncomfortable encounter in Itzler's retelling, opens the door for us to examine Mr. Based's incredibly sus career prior to his streaming renaissance as a 50-something pervert who assaults women on camera... Namely the fact that, at one time, he operated one of the most successful cam girl companies and one of the biggest & most luxurious escort services in all of the Big Apple. We learn how Itzler may have even played a Diddy-esque informing role that led to former NY Gov. Spitzer's sex worker scandal downfall (a lady that Itzler had recruited)... And wouldn't you know it, we unpack how Jason just so happens to come from two incredibly powerful, mobbed-up Zion·ist families in both Philly & NYC, both of which connect him directly to Meyer Lansky & Golda Meir (who used to stay at his family home when he was a youngster).
