You may hear a lot about the topic of mindset and how it influences our choices. Oftentimes discussions about mindset are centered around the personal and professional growth of adults, but what about children? How can mindset work help our children become more confident, encourage healthy risk taking, and help them to earn better grades in school? In this episode, I share 5 key highlights from the must-read book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol Dweck, that I believe all parents should read if they want to raise children who are happy, resilient, and more motivated to learn. Having the right mindset can change the trajectory of a child’s future for the good!
