This month, the Parent Support Group meeting addresses the complex topic of parental pride -- how to deal with feelings about a child who is successfully, or not, coping with substance use disorder or other mental health issues.  The group connected via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic and includes mothers and fathers, some in recovery, married and not, with teenage to adult children. The parents are joined by clinician Dr. Phoenix Adams, who serves as a Senior Vice President, Caron Treatment Centers.
