Today's guest is Justin Musil. Justin has worked in baseball for the past 15 years. He is the former owner of a baseball recruiting and advising company where he worked with over 750 college commits. After selling that company, Justin went to work for the Milwaukee Brewers as the strategic advisor to scouting. Justin's latest adventure is the "Parent Dugout," an online service that answers questions about player development, recruiting, and more. Justin has an incredible depth of knowledge when it comes to youth sports and he shares much of that knowledge in this podcast.
