When it comes to making summer plans, we'll take what we can get, right?  After spending summer 2020 doing almost nothing, it feels good to share our 2021 summer plans with you while enjoying two brews from Forbidden Root in Chicago, IL.

It's time for a blind taste test, you guys!  What better way to do it than with 5 mass produced, north American domestic lagers?  And who better to join us than Kara's brother, Tory?!  He'll share his beer likes (and dislikes) while we try to pick a favorite and figure out which one is Budweiser!

Mother's day is our (least) favorite pseudo holiday.  We enjoy Eagle Park Brewing in Milwaukee while chatting about the good, bad and ugly Mother's memories we have.  

Suddenly we end up drinking two beers that take us completely by surprise!  3 Sheeps Brewing from Sheboygan, Wisconsin delivers these surprises to us in two limited release beers that were gifted to Kara.  We make no apologies for our reactions to these beers as we discuss the value of saying "I'm sorry."  Do you say it too often or too rarely?

How did we get all the way to episode 63 before finding vanilla in a beer?  What is wrong with us?  Well cheers to Liquid Love Brewing from Buffalo Grove, Illinois for making that happen!  At the same time, we sit down and have a chat about baby proofing.  What advice do you have for new parents looking to make their homes as safe a possible?

We're going on an adventure to Asheville, North Carolina and we're visiting Burial Beer Company while we're there!  We're also chatting about parental roles and responsibilities.  Which parent handles vacation planning?  Who takes care of paying all the bills?  Is everything free for all?

What brings you comfort?  Is it physical contact?  Words of comfort?  Re-watching old episodes of your favorite TV show?  We find comfort in two beers from Humble Forager from Waunakee, Wisconsin.

It's been broughten!  We put Epsicle Layers and Double Epsicle Layers from Arclight Brewing (in Watervliet, MI) in a head to head competition while we talk about competition with our kids and how they handle it.  

It feels like we go round and round about taking showers and staying clean with our kids.  But, they'll learn the importance of it eventually, right?  Hopefully!  At the same time, let's enjoy two beers from Werk Force Brewing in Plainfield, IL!
