    About Tom

After spending 26 years in finance as a broker on a trading room floor, suffering from addictions, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, insomnia and ultimately a nervous breakdown, I turn into meditation to find a way out of that mess.

After studying across the world with some of the most advanced teachers in eastern philosophy my passion for meditation inspired me to become a meditation teacher myself and share with the world the power of meditation to solve many of our individual and collective problems.

This led me to producing the documentary film and book The Portal, creating the world's first deep transcending style meditation program online, working with some of the top companies in the world in mindfulness and meditation from Amazon, Coca-Cola and Qantas, speaking on stages at some of the biggest conferences like Afest, Adews Summit and Wanderlust and teaching people all over the world how to meditate.

      About Andy (in his words)

I was a successful business entrepreneur who has a daughter who experienced severe depression and anxiety.  Helping her was a trying and lonely experience.  My wife and I didn't know where to turn and get direction and support.  We ultimately sent our child away for a year to wilderness therapy and residential treatment programs. When this occurred, our phone started ringing off the hook from other parents who were also struggling.  This was a key for my decision to pivot careers.  Helping families better communicate and connect is a special and priceless mission that I am privileged to serve.

      • #83-Breaking the Cycle: High Performance Coach Elena Perella on Generational Trauma and the Power of Self-Love

In this episode, Elena explores the impact of trauma on individuals' lives, emphasizing the importance of self-love in the healing process. She discusses how trauma can affect relationships, mental health, and overall well-being. Elena also delves into the root causes of addiction, highlighting the connection to trauma and coping mechanisms. She shares practical strategies for practicing self-care and nurturing emotional resilience. Whether you've experienced trauma or want to understand its effects and the link to addiction, this episode offers compassionate insights and helpful resources.

About Elena ( In her words)

As a Domestic Violence and Eating Disorders Advocate, I rise awareness on the root cause of these problems so that we can eradicate it and free ourselves and our children from unnecessary suffering. I coached myself through eating disorders and domestic violence.

This led me to the understanding that those problems are not our choice nor our fault. They are manifestation of our family's toxic emotional inheritance, fueled by the pain of our emotional wounds, and societal toxic influences. Once I freed and healed myself, I broke up with generational pains and took the lead of my life.

I help people understand that not all suffering is good and that we can learn about ourselves and life in a better way, through love. If we want to create a sane, healthy, and safe reality for us and our children, we must evolve into New Human Beings, detached from the emotional aspects of our families that are toxic and free from societal toxic influences, so that we can choose how to feel, what to think, and how to behave.

As a Personal Coach for High Achievers, I offer a new paradigm to optimize their professional and personal lives. I take an intuitive approach as I can read in you what you can’t see about yourself and that is holding you back. I use "su Sentidu" – Sardinian language – which is the ability to see things as they really are that I developed during my own personal journey. sentidu.com helps you achieve your goals faster and without going through the passage of self-demolition.

It is about evolving into New Human Beings, free from family's and societal toxic influences, free to choose how to feel, what to think, and how to behave. I use my academic knowledge of human behavior, my personal experiences, and skills for the purpose of creating a sane and constructive reality in the lives of my clients and their children.

About Andrea - In her words

! was a litigator for 19 years and left to homeschool her autistic son who is now 23. After 8 years of homeschooling, he was able to return to school. I had approached learning all I could about how to help him with the intensity of a Wall St. lawyer and I knew I needed to share my knowledge and experience with other parents in a way that did not really exist in the industry. So much of parent education is provided by therapists who are not giving PARENTING guidance. I developed an education and coaching program that teaches parenting strategies, but that also works with parents on mindset issues which is the key to making strategies work. I went back to school and earned a Master's Degree in Education so that I could have the greatest impact in helping other parents.
