Anthony was so inspiring as he opened up to discuss his father's struggle in and out of prison, as well as his additions.  He would go on to share his journey before his passing and the impact that had on his life, now that he is raising his kids.   Anthony shares areas of his dad game where he wants to get better, and then summarizes his advice for other fathers in this way:

• Respond, Not React - Take out the Emotion
• Anticipate the Challenges
• Be authentically yourself
