The FAA is back to it’s hijinks but it seems that one of our RC stores has had enough of being bullied by the government and has brought forth a lawsuit. Will this turn the tide of government over reach or will it hasten the downfall over our hobby?

AZ Mike is finally done with his training and has some time for some RC flying. While out at the field he maiden a plane that is hell bent on destroying itself!  Turns out this plane needs a double “safety” check.

It may not be “what” they are proposing but the “platform” (Acs Circulars) they are going to use that will bypass the usual checks and balances that are in place at this time. So buckle up and get your pens ready to comment to the FAA on its latest rule changes!
