1 John 3:14

We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other.

You can't have love without conflict. One of the first signs that you are out of relationship with God is conflict in your relationships

Outside of God depositing choice in you, love could not be returned to the person who authored love.

Perhaps the greatest miracle that will happen in the last days is a church that will love each other.

The one way to surely not see what God is doing, put on the glasses of offense and hurt.

Matthew 24:10-11

10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.

The passion of the church will never be any greater than the collective passion of her members.

In Revelation 2:1-5, Jesus has a message for the church in Ephesus. The passage commends, convicts and counsels the church.

2 I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. 3 You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary. 4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. 5 Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.”

My challenge for you is this, Will you be the one that pursues the kind of relationship that says, "I will fall in Love again and again with Jesus." Will you be the one to not settle to just pursue the things of God but pursue a vibrant and passionate relationship with Jesus? Will you pursue your first love?

1. Stops Transformation and starts preservation.

2. Stops Devotion (passion and vibrancy) and starts Apathy.

3. Stops Holiness and starts SIN.

4. Stops Creativity and starts Reality (it is what it is)

5. Stops Impartation and starts Stagnation
