2. He is the PROVIDER "If anyone does not provide for his family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever." 1 Timothy 5:8

3. He is the PROTECTOR - Protect your family physically - You protect yourself - You protect your family spiritually by praying for them

Our Helper

It's an encounter with the tangible presence of God (Holy Spirit), found upon God's word, that leads to transformational change to radical surrender to Jesus and His will for my life.

You don’t get his attention because of what you did, you already had His attention because of who you are. He so desired a relationship with you that John 3:16 describes it. As we confess and believe, the Holy Spirit fills. We are born-again.

“This “three in one” concept can be very difficult to grasp because it defies our human understanding. 1 Corinthians 12:5-7 offers some insight into how the Three work together as One.

And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.

As we read this passage, we discover that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit all serve different roles. The Father operates or initiates (verse 6), the Son administrates (verse 5), and the Holy Spirit manifests (verse 7); yet all of them work together for the same purpose.

Strange Fire

The power of God gets people attention, it’s not when church is explainable that it’s compelling, it’s when she is unexplainable. It’s when she breaks the laws, breaks the rules. It’s when God does something that is not tied to anything on earth. Pharaoh was scared to death of Moses because Moses had been to the burning bush, because he couldn’t explain how an 80

year old man pointing a stick could open an ocean.

It’s always been impossible for the church, under Nero, Hitler , communism, in China, in muslim nations, in economic downturns, it has always been impossible for the church. BUT when God is ready to move, He will move even when it’s impossible.

The church, when we are a passionate for God and passionate about the things of God, the world will stop and look and say "This I've got to see".
