As humans we have a tendency to want more, to be more and to do more - and all the while, be ungrateful and forget all the good things in our lives. In this message, we are reminded to remember what the Lord has done, and to declare His faithfulness to those around us.

John 8:42-59. Ps Hilary Williams concludes our "I Am God" series by looking at what many consider to be Jesus' climactic I Am statement - which is simply "I Am". In using this, Jesus challenges us to consider if we truly know God by considering if we really believe in Jesus and trust in His words. He is the fullness of God revealed in flesh, and the only way we can know God.

John 15:1-10. Anoj Joseph continues our I Am God series, considering Jesus calling Himself the Vine. In a world of highs and lows, our culture tells us that life and power comes from within us. But in our passage, Jesus says something radical - He reminds us that He is the source of all life and in whom we’ll find all that we need. And He invites us to abide in Him, because He is the True Vine.

John 14:1-7. Ps Hilary Williams continues our series on Jesus' I Am statements. After telling His disciples He is preparing a place in heaven, He follows up with this famous statement - He is way, truth and life. In a troubled world, these words comfort us - that there is an eternal hope for us. The challenge this poses, however, is that we must recognise Jesus is the only way, and put all of our trust in Him.

John 11:21-27. Ps Louis Baron continues our I Am God series by looking at Jesus the resurrection and the life. We find Jesus responding to the death of his dear friend Lazarus with these words of hope, before demonstrating his power over the grave in raising Lazarus to life. This awesome power should excite us but also confront us with the sobering truth that it is in Christ alone, and not in ourselves, where any eternal hope lies.
