Ps Hilary Williams shares a brief talk about Pentecost, and why the baptism of the Holy Spirit matters. We pray that this short message would fuel the fire in all of us to pursue a closer walk with God, and to pursue His Spirit to empower us in the call God have placed on our lives. John 10:11-18, 25-30. Ps Hilary Williams looks at Jesus calling himself our Good Shepherd. The Bible reminds us are like sheep - either doing our own thing, or mindlessly following the crowd. In this fourth I AM statement, we realise we are not left alone, and we are led by His loving hand. Jesus assures us that we are intimately known and loved by a shepherd so good, that He gave His life to call us His own.

John 10:1-10. Ps Hilary Williams continues our I Am God series, by looking at Jesus calling Himself the Gate. We generally think of this illustration as a literal gate closing off a sheep pen. However, in Jesus' time, a sheep pen had a small opening - and the shepherd would use his own body to close the gap. This beautiful picture speaks volumes about the sacrificial protection that Christ gives to His children, and gives us confidence to fully trust in Him.

John 8:12. Leila Halawe continues our I Am God series, turning to John 8 - Jesus declaring He is the Light of the World. We notice that this proclamation was delivered as Israel celebrated God being their light in the wilderness. Just as God went before Israel, God still goes before us. While ever there is uncertainty in our world, we have the true and trustworthy Light in Jesus Christ.

John 6:25-35, 51. Ps Louis Baron kicks our new series looking at Jesus calling himself the Bread of Life. As humans we long for joy and satisfaction - but although this world promises much, it delivers little in joy to us. This is what makes Jesus' words so hopeful - when we are surrounded by uncertainty and disillusionment, His truthful promise pierces the darkness and for the weary soul, is an offer of perfect fulfilment.
