Hello everyone! Welcome to another episode. I am extremely excited to announce this is the last episode of season 1 and the first episode to be uploaded on Youtube. (Channel- @valueyourselfpod ) This video is part 1 of my top tips on becoming successful, including the physical aspects.
Here are the top tips:
1- Wake up early and at the same time daily
2- Before you go to bed, write down a list for your tasks for the next day
3- Make a daily routine
4- Stay on a time schedule
5- Move daily
6- Drink a gallon of water a day and eat healthy foods
7- Do your makeup, hair, or put on a cute outfit for work/school (look good, feel good!)
8- Cold shower, meditation, journal, and pray
9- Have a side hustle or hobby
10- Sleep at a decent time (8 hours)
11- Start spending time alone (stop focusing on dating)
12- Surround yourself with highly driven people
