Hello everyone! In this episode, I talk about ways you can use psychology to actually manifest and reach your goals and dreams. I start by using more of a tough love, solution-focused therapeutic technique to help you reflect on how it is possible to reach the goals you have set for yourself. This involves talking about a no-excuse mentality as well as minimizing complaining and how negative self-talk can damage your goals. I then dive into research on how vision boards, visualization, having a positive mindset, and saying positive affirmations can help you reach your goals and dreams. Lastly, I talk about the last two tips of how setting small goals daily and doing something that sucks daily to help achieve your ultimate goals. I give snippets of my own experiences to broaden my perspectives as well as how I shifted my mindset to a more positive one. Thank you for listening!
