Operator Rick....it's your time to shine! You thought lying about a nuclear meltdown was bad? How about lying about a possible 2nd one. That's right. The "higher ups," were ready to put the accident behind them and get back to work, but the Unit 2 reactor needed to be cleaned, which was both a time consuming and dangerous task. It's even more dangerous when The Three Mile Island plant owners want to rush the process and cut corners.

Not all heroes wear capes, some are operators from Missour-A.
