I'd like to apologise firs because in the main, I try to stay as neutral as possible whilst hosting the Post Match Phone In. It is a privilege to talk to our supporters at a time when emotions are heightened but after the Cardiff capitulation I failed to be neutral. My anger wasn't reserved or even mainly to do with the pathetic attempt at football that was presented it but the increased level and approach to stewarding towards the half empty stadium that had actually made the effort to turn up. So sorry - there I've said it.
We reflect on the game and all the emotion on a night when for 10 minutes the word "defend" was simply removed from the Watford mindset and thereafter the team huffed and puffed with a large amount of possession but no coherence or idea of what to do to unpick a struggling Cardiff side who sat deep and defended stoically.
We talk Parlaci Gino, football, stewards around the directors box before halftime and men in black who point out people in the crowd for those other stewards to go and have a word with.
