And the hits just keep on coming..... after the derby result the faithful come to Vicarage Road in the hope of a reaction from the playing squad to both the previous game but also the management comments made about them. The hope is that we would see character, resilience, determination, energy and a determination to win each individual battle. What we saw wasn't that bar a very honourable mention for Yasser Asprilla our youngest player (more youth had been expected to be involved but was not) - instead we saw our season again presented in microcosm and we will now go to Coventry City without our recognised first choice keeper after Bachmann was shown a red card. However the stories of the day were as much off the field as they were on it. The crowd responding to the current regime vocally and in unison. In response the stewards set about people with banners calling for Gino to leave. Lots to talk about plus we find out who Wendover Horn has a crush on and what he was having for dinner that night!!!
Finally it's alright to alright to be cynical about the July Q&A - we get it and we're not offended - although Alan does elevate Pete's Chimp comment to Gimp - but Pete denies neither allegation! :-)
