In this episode Fran and I share our thoughts and opinions on reality TV and how it capitalizes off of stereotypes of black women. The show that triggered this topic was the recent episode of Real Housewives of Potomac and their fight scene. A version of ratchet TV at it's finest. We talk about:

The lack of empathy and togetherness that exist among black women.

Our desire to see more shows that portray black people in a positive light.

Culturally sensitive times we are living in right now.

Everyone has their own definition of what a friend is but sometimes that term is still used quite loosely (in my opinion). Are you open to making new friends in your thirties? Have you lost friends over the years that you may consider reaching out to? We cover all the things in this episode.

In this episode we're talking about the beauty perceptions of the world, and how instagram is a blessing and a curse. Stop comparing your body to others! Accept yourself and your body, give you so much love. Create your own narrative about what beauty is to you. If you want that milkshake go get it, try that new flavor.
