Our latest episode features three time Olympian Cian O'Connor who will ride at the Olympics in Paris with his horse Maurice. This combination will ride as part of "The Underwriting Exchange" Irish Show Jumping Team in Paris.

Cian is no stranger to wearing the green jacket but he is still as hungry now as he was when he started. He speaks about his business and how it has developed, building a string of horses for Paris and beyond and how a certain horse called Casper still holds a special place in his heart.

We are joined by Susie Berry who is a member of the Agria Irish Eventing Team that will compete at the Olympics later this month.

Susie will make her Olympic debut in Paris and we spoke about the journey since she began competing on a connemara pony right up to competing at the Senior Championship level. Susie is another one of our athletes who is based in the UK where she has built a strong string of horses which has earned her this opportunity. She speaks about the importance of her team and how the support she has around her allows her focus on training and competing her horses.

In this episode we speak to Abigail Lyle about her journey from having to do a presentation to her Dad to get her first pony to being selected for her first Olympic Games. She speaks candidly about her bond with her horse, Giraldo and how they will prepare themselves over the coming weeks.

Abigail will be Ireland's sole representative in Dressage but with several top placings this year already she is ready to give the "little show in Paris" her best shot.
