Mark Essex, a household name known all around New Orleans, not for anything positive of course. As you know, this is not that type of podcast, but he is known for the carnage he left behind ending with a Howard Johnson hotel, the roof, a United States Marine Lt Colonel and a whole lot of of bullets.

Latasha Pulliam is someone that is called the female John Wayne Gacy. This to most people is not someone you would want to be compared to, associated with....nothing. I am sure that we are all thanking our lucky stars that we dodged the John Wayne Gacy train, but there were over 25 men and adolescents that were not as lucky as we were. The same goes for Shenosha Richards. At just 6 years old, she was brutally murdered by someone she trusted and suffered unmanageable torture by the hands of someone that she trusted. Listeners discretion is advised.

In todays episode, I am joined with guest speaker Mrs. Dawn. We placed out feeders on our social and have received different responses on different topics. A few have been read on our Themis and Melinoe mini series, if you haven't listen to those, give it a listen. In this episode, a listener was gracious enough to give us an interview on her experience on with sleep paralysis and the steps she took to keep it at bay and eventually getting rid of what people believe to be the old hag.
Dawn also has her own podcast: http://www.diditmakeyousmile.com/
