We invited Jen Williston and Maryse Babineau on our show today to talk about the Moncton Women trail running group. We wanted an update about events that the ladies are going to compete in this year. The first thing that strikes you when you listen to this episode is how dedicated these women are to their trail running. Tuesday is the day and for these two ladies, it is non-negotiable even with the busy lives they lead. We talk about the stress relief of getting out and running with the group.
