Ian Eibbitt has done it all! He played for the Scarborough Solars growing up, represented Team Ontario at the Canada Games, competed on the Labatt Tour before moving into a leadership role as tournament director, commentator and more. Ian was one of the owners of Overkill, the world famous Canadian Volleyball Clothing Brand. Many would know Ian as the Director of Camp Madawaska. As a coach Eibbitt has coached with Leaside Volleyball Club, Durham Attack, Team Ontario, and Team Canada. He has earned the reputation as one of the best team building and leadership coaches in the country. We cover all of this and more in his episode. 

Garrett and Josh are joined by returning guest Jake MacNeil and from Episode 19 of the Passin Dimes Podcast, Joel Hannan! Nate shares his playing career and how he got into coaching. We take a deep dive into his coaching process and how he loves to go down the rabbit hole and look into the details of player development.

Volleyball Guru Nathan Janzen joins the show! Nathan is currently an assistant coach with the McMaster Marauders Women's Team. Nathan has coached high school, club, Team Ontario, Canada Games, Team Canada, and was Head Coach of the Niagara Knights Women's Team of the OCAA. Nathan is a Data Volley expert who uses his knowledge of data to effect training any player development.

The group discusses their ignition point when they fell in love with volleyball, how they handle chirping and tough situations, how long an NBA team would need before they can win USports and so much more! 

Steven Abrams makes his second appearance on the show and this time brings rising star Jonny Pickett! Both Abrams and Pickett are training with Team Canada at the National Excellence Program (NEP) and have represented Canada at Youth World Championships on the beach. During league play the two friends are rivals as Steven plays for the Windsor Lancers and Jonny plays for the Guelph Gryphons.

Pierce Johnson joins the show to talk about growing up in the Chatham Kent area, being everyone's rival with CK in high school volleyball, playing club for the Ballhawks and LVC, his career as a Windsor Lancer, and now currently working with the National Excellence Program in Gatineau.  

Pierce has represented Canada at FISU Games twice, won OUA West Player of the Year, and is a 2x Windsor Lancer Male Athlete of the Year.

The one and only Sebastian Lethbridge joins the show! Seb has accomplished a lot in our sport! He's a provincial champion and national medalist at the club level, a Beach Nationals Silver Medalist, 3x OCAA Champion, CCAA National Champion and 3x Medalist, has represented Canada the Youth level and FISU games. He was named "Mr. Volleyball" and won the Ken Davies award from the Ontario Volleyball Association.
