Mental health is something that we need to talk about more. With recent tragedies in our community we felt moved to make a series surrounding just this very topic. We have an opportunity to hear from Katie of Sunrise Counseling and Psychological Services, Brandon Liburd (DJ Be Eezy), Evan and myself on the personal journeys that brought us to this point. I appreciate the space to speak to you freely about some situations that I've death with and hope that in this episode you find comfort in this groups vulnerability.

In the wake of the tragic loss of one of our most talented local musicians and great friend of the community, we all bare our souls for the world to listen to in this episode. We've got some amazing things in the works for our community and plan on breaking the stigma behind understanding mental health this season. Welcome back guys! This week we are in the studio with Nicole, the Co-Executive Director for Stand Up for Kids - Hampton Roads! In this episode we catch up about some of the difficulties that they've been having through this pandemic and also different plans of action that have helped them succeed at helping our local at risk youth. If you guys remember, we did a coat drive last January before the pandemic hit we were able to raise over 400 coats!
