Jamie began her career in 1991 at Clayman Promotional Group, a company founded by her father, Alvin Clayman in 1968. Starting in sales, she moved up in the company, assuming 51 percent ownership in 2007 and 100 percent ownership in 2012.

Jamie is with us today to talk about how she worked her way through the ranks to become owner of the company, how the business has changed and her role in that change.
