This episode features Jas Randhawa who is the Lead Performance Therapist at ALTIS, where he oversees the Performance Therapy Staff in addition to providing this service to elite Track & Field athletes from around the globe. Prior to his role with ALTIS, Jas was a member of the high-performance staff for Canada Basketball. He is also a co-founding member of Rehab 2 Performance, an organization that strives to bring together leaders in the field of rehabilitation, physical medicine, and performance. Jas regularly presents at universities, strength and conditioning and medical facilities across Canada, USA, and the UK.
