Today we are joined with USA National Freestyle Kayak Team member, Dr. Jessie Stone. In this interview we go deep into Jessie's passion for paddling, and how kayaking brought her to the banks of the White Nile, which eventually led her to build a health clinic and a lifelong journey to giving back and helping others. We also discuss how COVID-19 has effected the clinic in Africa, as well as touching on several things to help keep each one of us as healthy as possible.
